Welcome to an exciting year with the newly minted SHRM Miami, aka HR Miami, community! And welcome to our new website!
As President, I am proud to introduce our 2026 theme: “Impact.” This year, we are focused on making a meaningful difference—within organizations, across our profession, and throughout the vibrant communities of Miami-Dade County.
As a SHRM affiliated chapter, our commitment is simple but powerful. We aim to:
- Deliver high-quality educational sessions that allow members to earn professional development credits while staying ahead in the ever-evolving HR landscape
- Offer certification courses that help those who plan to make a career in the human resources field obtain the SHRM-CP and/or SHRM SCP designation.
- Create valuable networking opportunities where connections turn into collaboration.
- Engage with our community through outreach and partnerships that reflect the diverse workforce we serve.
Whether you are a seasoned HR professional, a student aspiring to enter the field, or someone in an “HR-adjacent” role supporting people and culture, SHRM Miami is here for you. We strive to be a trusted resource, partner, and hub of growth for all HR-minded individuals in Miami-Dade County.
